- The company's birth in 1997, Policedências Temporary Work Company Ltd, was the genesis of the Group Policedências. The activity of the target company was, and remains, the transfer, under the temporary employment of manpower in the specialties of welders, fitters and pipe fitter of metal structures.
- A decade after the establishment of Temporary Work Company, and fruit of knowledge and implementation in national and international market, it was considered strategic, the bet in the provision of service locksmith mechanical subcontracting work or will work. To meet the demand for this type of work by the market, it was formed in 2007, the company Policedências Contractors - Construction and Subcontracting Metalworking SA.
- In the strategy of sustained growth Policedências Group, it made sense to extend the activity to the area of fabrication and erection of steel structures. This is how, in 2009, a new company was born Policedências Trialtube - Construction and Assembly of Pipelines SA.
